Mi Garand Stock Shim Kit. Repairs loose lock-up on M1 Garand rifle stocks. These shims will repair the lock-up issues with no permanant alterations to the stock. No sloppy or expensive glass bedding and no damage to expensive and highly collectible original stocks. Constructed of a proprietary Mag-Flex material that is designed to compress at a fixed rate to restore the critical lock-up dimension. Additionally, this Mag-Flex is magnetic in nature which will help keep it in place with no adhesives or other materials that will harm the metal or wood finish. Kit contains two wide shims that can be installed as-is to repair one rifle or trimmed as shown in the photo to provide shims for two rifles.
