Manufactured by Kokura, this is the highly sought Type 44 Carbine with the folding bayonet. Very uncommon on today;s market.
This is a bolt mis-match example. Bolt matches itself, but not the rifle. Normal dings in the wood and patina to the finish that your would expect from a Combat used rifle from WWII Japan.
Overall in good condition with fair bore.
